Returns & Refunds

Our policy has a duration of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or an exchange. 

To be elegible for a refund, the article must be unused and in the same conditions it was recieved. It must also be in it's original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the article back the manufacturer. 


Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know via email, and will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it's approved, we will begin to process your refund and the corresponding amount will be returned to you in the form of your original payment, within a few days. 


Lost or Delayed Refunds (where applicable)

If you are yet to recieve your refund, please make sure to double check your bank account.

If it still doesn´t appear in your bank statement, please contact your credit card company. It can take some time before your refund is reflected officially.

Items on Sale (where applicable)

Only items purchased at full price will be elligable for refunds. Unfortunately, items bought on sale will not be refundable. 

Exhanges (where applicable)

We only replace items which are defective or damaged. If you wish to replace it with the same article, send us an email at carra.customerservice@gmail.com and send the product you have in your possesion to: América 146 - 206 Colonia Parque San Andrés. Delegación Coyoacán., CDMX, DIF, 04040, México.


If the article you've received was marked as a gift when being purchased, and you wisth to return it, you will recieve a gift card in exchange, which will be sent to you by mail.  

If the artivcle was not marked as a gift, or it was given to you directly by whoever purchased it, and you wish to return it, we will notify and refund it's original buyer.


To return a product, you must send it to: América 146 - 206 Colonia Parque San Andrés. Delegación Coyoacán., CDMX, DIF, 04040, México.

You are responsble for the shipping charges generated when reutning an item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the original shipping charges will be deducted from the corresponding amount. When exchanging a product, the delivery time may vary depending on your location. 

If the item you are sending is of a value greater than $75, we recommened using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for guaranteeing that your shipment reaches us.
